Product description
The BioDeviceLab Wrap-Around Smart Microfluidic Sensing Patch is a standalone wearable platform designed to conform tightly to the wrist or forearm while enabling continuous, non-invasive biochemical monitoring. The flexible microfluidic layer wraps smoothly around the body, maintaining intimate skin contact for reliable biofluid collection during daily activities.
An integrated absorbent pad positioned at the skin interface passively wicks biofluid into a low-dead-volume microfluidic network. Collected fluid is routed to an on-patch sensing chamber coupled to embedded electronics for signal conditioning, processing, and wireless data transmission. The transparent microfluidic architecture allows direct visualization of fluid transport while preserving mechanical compliance and user comfort.
This untethered, electronics-integrated wearable eliminates the need for external tubing, watches, or pumps, providing a complete sensing solution in a soft, strap-like form factor.
