The BioDeviceLab Wearable Smart Microfluidic Patch integrates microfluidic sampling, biochemical sensing, signal conditioning, and wireless communication into a single flexible platform designed for on-body operation. Biofluid collected through an integrated absorbent pad is routed via low-dead-volume microchannels to a sensing chamber housing an electrochemical or chemical sensor. The sensor output is processed by on-patch electronics and transmitted wirelessly for real-time monitoring and data logging.

The transparent multilayer microfluidic structure enables direct visualization of fluid transport, while the compact electronics module supports signal amplification, digitization, and wireless communication without compromising wearability.
