Product description
The BioDeviceLab High-Throughput Step-Emulsification Droplet Generation Microfluidic Chip enables robust and scalable droplet production through an array of parallel microchannels terminating in step-emulsification regions. As the dispersed phase exits shallow channels into a deeper chamber, controlled interfacial instabilities induce reproducible droplet pinch-off, largely decoupled from flow rate. This architecture allows simultaneous droplet formation across many channels, significantly increasing throughput while maintaining excellent size uniformity. Fabricated from optically transparent, lab-grade polymer, the chip supports real-time visualization of droplet formation and seamless integration with upstream fluid delivery and downstream incubation or analysis modules.

Key features
Parallel step-emulsification structures for high droplet throughput
