Product description
The BioDeviceLab Flow-Focusing Microfluidic Chip is engineered to enable controlled hydrodynamic focusing of one fluid stream by two orthogonal sheath flows, resulting in highly uniform droplet formation or narrow, well-defined jets. The chip features a simple cross-junction geometry optimized for stable flow focusing across a wide range of flow rates, ensuring excellent reproducibility without valves or active components. Fabricated from optically transparent, lab-grade polymer, the device supports real-time visualization of droplet formation and seamless integration with upstream sample preparation and downstream incubation, sorting, or analysis modules.
