Product description
The BioDeviceLab Microfluidic On-Chip Lysis and Extraction Chip enables efficient disruption of cells or microorganisms followed by controlled release and transport of intracellular components within a compact microfluidic architecture. The chip integrates dedicated lysis regions—implemented through constrictions, serpentine shear zones, or reagent-mixing segments—upstream of an extraction and transport channel. This passive, valve-free design allows lysis efficiency to be tuned through flow rate, channel geometry, or reagent composition while maintaining low dead volume and minimal sample loss. Fabricated from optically transparent, lab-grade polymer, the platform supports real-time visualization and seamless integration with downstream purification, sensing, or amplification modules.
